Located in the SOMA District of San Francisco, 870 Harrison is an upcoming residential development designed for modern and urban living right in the heart of the city of San Francisco. The developer, JS Sullivan Development hired ZŪM to produced photoreal renderings and photomontage images that it will use for city planning and review and sales and marketing purposes. This shows the versatility of the media that ZŪM produces and its benefit to the client in various phases of the development from design conception, city planning and all the way to sales and marketing.
