zūm builds and manages 3D models that are fully integrated between all disciplines and building systems.  Our models are more detailed and complete and can be used for initial feasibility studies, design review, construction staging, sales and marketing and facilities management even after construction.

Regardless during which project phase zūm’s 3D solutions are initially applied, they can be re-used and applied in all subsequent phases. They are also BIM compatible and are often used in conjunction with BIM models.
