Jack London Square is the heart of the redevelopment of Oakland, CA. being developed by Ellis Partners. The project will include the construction of six newly built structures totaling 517,495 rentable square feet and the rehabilitation of four existing buildings, totaling 221,244 square feet. The development will provide the entertainment and retail focal point in the East Bay and with an attractive and convenient Class “A” retail, entertainment and office alternative to San Francisco.
