Pacific Research Center is a redevelopment of a large high tech property into labs for the bio tech research industry. It is located in the heart of Silicon Valley’s research area. It has a campus setting with over 4 million sf of space and was developed by BioMed Realty Trust. Pacific Research Center is located at 7777 Gateway Boulevard., Newark, CA, immediately over the Dumbarton Bridge adjacent to State Highway 84 at the corner of Gateway Boulevard, Jarvis Drive, and Thorton Avenue.
